Don't pre-filter on priority, type, or planner group — the dashboard does its own filtering. The 14-month window keeps the dataset complete enough for trend KPIs without bloating it.
Not on SAP? Any CMMS export with the same columns works (Maximo, Ultimo, Infor EAM, …).

One workorders.xlsx and (optionally) one notifications.xlsx. Headers in row 1.

If your export came in monthly chunks, paste them into one sheet first. Only the first sheet of each file is read.
