Where is my data stored?+
On Free, exclusively in your browser (IndexedDB) — it never leaves your machine. On Pro, on our EU-hosted servers, encrypted at rest, accessible only to your team.
Can I cancel any time?+
Both Pro products are billed annually. You can cancel renewal at any point — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data exports as xlsx so nothing is locked in.
How do I move my Free dashboard to Pro?+
One click on signup. The mappings and lookups you built in your browser get uploaded into your new Pro tenant in the first signup step — no need to redo the wizard.
Can I buy just one of the two Pro products?+
Yes. They're sold independently. Same tenant and login, so you can add the other one later from your account page without re-onboarding.
